I
have got a classic look going on here for the fall mantel. I am still
trying to decorate with out spending any money. So I shopped the house
and pulled out the pewter.
Just a little bit of bittersweet and the mantel will stay right through Thanksgiving.
You could copy this idea with any dishes; for example, transferware, ironstone, or vintage dishes of any pattern.
Something simple and something free makes for easy decorating.
